4. Install the bush

Tap the bushing surface straight by lightly tapping it.

5. Install bushing gaskets and nuts

Tighten the nut on the washer by hand.

6. Lock the bush nut. 

Use a screwdriver to turn the nut by hitting it with a hammer. Stop after the nut turns 60-90 degrees. It’s important not to knock the retainer ring or over-tighten the nut, because this will cause deformation of the inner ring, which can lead to heat stuck.

7. Nut anti-loosening

To make sure that a nut does not loosen, bend the tab on the edge of the washer and lock it against the slot of the nut.

Do not loosen the nut backward to align the pull ring and notch, but tighten it forward to align.

8. Retighten the bearing seat

In order to avoid deformation of the bearing housing, it is recommended that you use a torque wrench to tighten the locking bolt according to the appropriate tightening torque.
